Exeter is actively investing across the top 50 distribution markets of the U.S., Mexico, Canada as well as United Kingdom, Western and Central Europe, and China.  Given the breadth of our various investment products, Exeter targets the whole spectrum from core to distressed opportunities including those with vacancy or lease rollover risk, properties that require repositioning and redevelopment, ground up development, complex transactions, as well as fully occupied, long-term leased assets.
