Mr. Weber is responsible for managing accounting, tax, financial reporting, budgeting, legal, operations and asset financings. Since co-founding Exeter he has been instrumental in the negotiation, structuring, and tax planning for over 400 real estate investments, 100 investor capital commitments, and approximately $6 billion in financings through CMBS, commercial banks, and life insurance companies. He has been instrumental in negotiating and closing key disposition transactions such as Exeter’s $2.3 billion property sale in 2018, $3.15 billion property sale and recapitalization in 2015, $165 million portfolio sale to Blackstone in 2010, and strategic acquisition transactions with ProLogis, DCT, JP Morgan, Koch Industries and Medline. He has also established landmark tenant relationships through lease negotiations with Williams-Sonoma, Amazon, UPS and Whirlpool, with whom he negotiated a 1.1 million square foot, Silver LEED-certified build-to-suit in 2017 and its subsequent $75 million pre-sale. Prior to Exeter, Mr. Weber worked for Malvern, Pennsylvania based Terramics Property Company, where, as Partner and Chief Operating Officer, he oversaw all leasing, property management and certain accounting, and asset financings. During his tenure he helped orchestrate nearly $300 million of office and flex investments through partnership with Ohio State Teachers’ Retirement System (STRS Ohio). In 1997, he participated in negotiations to sell Terramics to Prentiss Properties (NYSE: PP) where Mr. Weber became Vice President of Operations for the Northeast Region, responsible for overseeing asset management. This role included all of the corporate financial reporting, asset budgeting and financial analysis on new investments for the region. Mr. Weber started his career with Price Waterhouse, where he earned his CPA. He holds a BA in Economics from Muhlenberg College.
