Mr. Shea is responsible for sourcing acquisition opportunities and for asset management in the Midwest and Mid-South regions, with specific focus on the e-commerce air hub markets of Louisville and Memphis. From 2004 until the formation of Exeter, Mr. Shea worked on acquisition, development, disposition, and asset management activities for Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director and for Colliers International in an advisory role. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Shea worked as a Vice President and regional officer for Liberty Property Trust’s Midwestern region, responsible for acquisitions, development and asset management for a portfolio of industrial, flex and office projects valued at over $300 million, one of the four largest portfolios at Liberty at that time. During the initial ten years of his career, Mr. Shea held leasing and sales positions for owners and brokerage firms including Heitman Properties, Grubb & Ellis, and the Dietz organization. Mr. Shea attended Western Michigan University.
